Warranty period: The warranty period is three months from the date of purchase of the shoes, subject to the original sales receipt
or invoice for quality assurance.
Return and Exchange (Repair) Scope: Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if there are product quality issues, the shoes can be
returned (exchanged) or repaired.
Within the warranty period, in case of quality issues such as sole breaking, material tearing, or upper detachment, the shoes can
be exchanged or repaired.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty service:
Lack of warranty certificate and valid sales receipt, or discrepancies and alterations in the content;
Damage caused by improper wearing and maintenance by the consumer;
Beyond the specified warranty period;
Self-repair or disassembly by the consumer;
Products marked as disposal items or B-grade products.
